1. Information we handle

Tool input. Images selected in the editor are used only for immediate, local pixel-art processing. They are not uploaded to PixelTool servers, stored, viewed, or used for training.

Information you provide. When you email [email protected], we process the email address, name if supplied, message, and attachments you provide.

Technical and log data. Hosting, security, and third-party services may automatically process standard technical information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, access time, referring page, and basic request logs. This supports page delivery, security, and troubleshooting.

2. How information is used

We use information only to operate and maintain the tool, answer requests, improve the experience, understand basic traffic, prevent abuse, and, where applicable, display and measure advertising. We do not sell personal information or use editor images for advertising.

3. Local processing and retention

Important: image processing happens entirely in your browser. Images do not pass through our servers, so we have no image files to retain or delete. Contact emails and necessary technical records are kept only as long as needed for support, security, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.

4. Third parties and advertising

The site uses Google Analytics for basic traffic and usage insights and may display Google AdSense ads. These services handle technical data under their own privacy policies. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to serve and measure ads; where applicable, ads may be personalised based on interests or prior visits. Advertising services cannot access images processed locally in the editor.

Cookies and similar technologies may support site functions, security, analytics, and advertising. Where applicable law, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and China’s PIPL, provides these rights, you may request to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain personal information we hold. You may also object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of personalised ads. These requests do not apply to editor images because we do not retain them. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections and restricted access where appropriate. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

9. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
